Subscription & Payments
All subscriptions are prepaid and activated immediately after successful payment. Subscription plans, pricing, and durations are displayed clearly on our website at the time of purchase.
Refund Policy
Propack IPTV offers refunds only within the following periods after purchase:
- 1 Month Plan – Refund available within 10 days
- 3 Months Plan – Refund available within 20 days
- 6 Months Plan – Refund available within 30 days
- 12 Months Plan – Refund available within 45 days
Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable refund period. Requests made after the refund window has expired will not be eligible. Refunds may be denied in cases of misuse, abuse, violation of terms, or excessive service usage.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account information. Account sharing, reselling, or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination without refund.
Service Availability

Any violation may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
